Who we are
FMCG HQ is a startup operating a private beta of a consumer-goods (CPG) operating platform. We're headquartered in the United States. Our contact is [email protected].
The beta
We are currently in private beta. Cohort one is capped at 100 founding brands and is application-only. Submitting an application does not guarantee admission. We'll respond within one business day with next steps or a decision.
If admitted to cohort one, you'll receive a separate beta participation agreement that governs the working relationship — pricing, scope, deliverables, IP, confidentiality. These site-level terms do not replace the beta participation agreement.
What you can and can't do
- You can browse, read, and share the content on fmcghq.com.
- You can submit an application, subscribe to the newsletter, or contact us in good faith.
- You cannot scrape the site at scale, attempt to bypass security, or use the platform to harm others.
- You cannot misrepresent yourself or another person in an application.
- You cannot use any FMCG HQ trademark or visual identity without written permission.
Content on the site
The text, design, code, and visual assets on fmcghq.com are owned by FMCG HQ or our licensors. All rights reserved. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to view and use the site for your own evaluation.
Application content you submit
When you submit a beta application or contact form, you confirm that the information is accurate and that you have the right to share it. You give us permission to use it to evaluate the application, contact you, and improve our processes. We don't claim ownership of your application content.
No warranty during beta
The site and any beta capabilities are provided as-is. Things may break. Features may change. We'll be honest about what works today vs. what's on the roadmap. We do not warrant that the site is error-free or that any specific outcome will result from using it.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, FMCG HQ is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the site. Our total liability under these terms is limited to USD $100.
Indemnification
You agree to defend and indemnify FMCG HQ from any third-party claim arising out of your misuse of the site or breach of these terms.
Governing law and venue
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of state and federal courts located in Delaware.
Changes
We'll update the “last updated” date when these terms change. Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
